San Diego County Market Update March 2010 Prices stabilized last month for San Diego County real estate. However, single family home prices are up 20% from this time last year whereas condos are up 9% during the same time period. The inventory of homes available for sale held steady at about 3.9 months. It is still a sellers market. |
