Memberships include Accredited Staging Professionals (ASP), American Feng Shui Institute, National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR), Women's Council of  Realtors, and the Poway Real Estate Professionals (PREP).  We belong to an extensive high quality network of Real Estate Professionals located world wide. Through that network we are able to find and qualify the perfect agent for your requirements both within the United State and Internationally.

Our in-depth training in real estate includes: E-PRO Certification (less than 1% of Realtors are E-PRO Certified in the United States), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Real Estate (RE) Principles, RE Practice, RE Economics, RE Finance, Legal Aspects of RE, RE Appraisal, 1031 Exchanges, Business Law, Mortgage Loan Brokering & Lending, Value Range Marketing, Buyer Counseling, Finance Option, and we are E-Certified for advanced internet marketing. Connie has completed the advanced level training from the American Feng Shui Institute..

Richard received his PhD and Masters degrees from Stanford University, and his BS degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.  Connie received her BS degree in Computer Science Mathematics from the University of Santa Clara.
