Poway Market Trends*
There are six graphs below that summarize the real estate prices in the City of Poway over the last five years by quarter and the last year by month along with other market indicators over the last year.  The red curves are for the detached single family homes while the blue curves are for the attached homes which are composed mostly of condos.  Although there is an obvious price decline in Poway, the recovery is not as evident with the exception of the fourth quarter of last year where there was some increase in prices.  Poway has been slow to recover from this real estate crisis.  The other graphs included show the average time it takes to sell a home over the different seasons of the year, the number of homes sold each month, the inventory of homes for sale, and the price per square foot of living space.  These graphs are updated monthly in the middle of the month when most Realtors have recorded the sales for the previous month into the MLS.  Keep up to date on the San Diego Real Estate market by subscribing to our blog.  If you have any questions please call or fill out the form below and we will respond right away.
