San Diego County Price Trends*
There are seven graphs below that summarize the real estate prices in San Diego County over the last five years by quarter and the last year by month along with other market indicators over the last year.  The red curves are for the detached single family homes while the blue curves are for the attached homes which are composed mostly of condos.  The sharp decline in prices along with the present recovery is very apparent from the graphs.  The other graphs included show the average time it takes to sell a home over the different seasons of the year, the number of homes sold each month, the inventory of homes for sale, the price per square foot of living space showing the rapid increase over the last several months, and the mortgage rates over the last year.  These graphs are updated monthly in the middle of the month when most Realtors have recorded the sales for the previous month into the MLS.  Keep up to date on the San Diego Real Estate market by subscribing to our blog.  If you have any questions please call or fill out the form below and we will respond right away.
